These Terms govern your use of SignalDesk ("the Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service definition
The Service is an AI-powered tool that analyzes Korean listed companies' DART disclosures to provide investment information. The Service is not investment advice or solicitation.
2. Beta operation
The Service is currently operated in Beta. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analysis results. Features and policies may change without prior notice during Beta.
3. Disclaimer
Users must treat the Service as reference material. The operator is not liable for any losses arising from investment decisions based on the Service's analysis.
4. Data source
The Service is based on Korea's electronic disclosure system (DART). For the original accuracy of DART data, please refer to the Korea Exchange.
5. User obligations
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- No automated bulk access (scraping)
- No unauthorized redistribution of analysis results
6. Accounts
The Service requires Google account sign-in. Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts.
7. Service changes and termination
The operator may modify or terminate part or all of the Service with prior notice. During Beta, notice periods may be short or omitted.
8. Changes to terms
When these Terms change, we update the "Last updated" date above and communicate material changes separately.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
